Hiring: Marketing Coordinator

Location: Knoxville, TN | Hybrid – 2 days onsite
\n
Pay Rate: $40/hr on W2 – No Benefits / No PTO
\n
Duration: 2-Month Contract | Possible Extension/Conversion
\n
\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n
• Support custom ad sales marketing projects across linear & digital platforms
\n
• Manage project assets, timelines, deliverables, and project records
\n
• Coordinate with marketing, editorial, clients, agencies, and sales teams
\n
• Manage advertiser content including photos, videos, and recipes
\n
• Ensure creative quality and accuracy
\n
• Track project status and generate reports
\n
\n
Must Have:
\n
✅ 3+ years of Project Management experience
\n
✅ 3+ years of Professional Communication experience
\n
✅ 3+ years of Creative Problem-Solving experience
\n
✅ Strong organization, attention to detail & multitasking skills
\n
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication
\n
✅ Proficiency with Microsoft Office
\n
✅ Understanding of digital platforms – web, video, mobile & social
\n
\n
Required: BA in Communications or equivalent
\n
\n
\n
Nice to Have: Marketing, Advertising, Social Media, Media, or Digital Marketing experience.
