Budtender (Part-Time/Full Time)
The Jungle House is a boutique late night cannabis dispensary in Ann Arbor focused on curated products, elevated vibes, and top-tier hospitality. We’re looking for a part-time Budtender who loves cannabis culture, genuinely enjoys serving people, and wants to be part of a close-knit, creative team.
We are looking for RELIABLE budtenders who live in the Ann Arbor area. If you’re passionate about cannabis (and psychedelics), thrive in a hospitality-forward environment, and want to work somewhere that actually feels cool, keep reading.
Position Details
- Part-Time/Full-Time - 2–4 shifts per week
- Location: Ann Arbor, MI
- Schedule: Nights and Weekend Availability a Must, Includes evenings,and occasional holidays
What You’ll Do
- Deliver warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable customer experiences
- Educate guests on cannabis products, effects, and consumption methods
- Help customers find the right products based on their needs and preferences
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a standout dispensary experience
- Stay up to date on products, brands, and industry trends
What We’re Looking For
- Hospitality or service industry experience is required (retail, food & beverage, hotels, etc.)
- Budtender and/or cannabis industry experience a plus
- A genuine love for cannabis, psychedelics, and the culture surrounding them
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident presence
- A team-first attitude and positive energy
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Bonus Points (Not Required, but Loved)
- Background in marketing, social media, or content creation
- Interest in helping with promotions, events, or brand storytelling
- Comfort being on camera or contributing to social content
