Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Gainesville, FL, supporting an aerospace and defense environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR leader who understands the importance of compliance, talent strategy, employee relations, and workforce planning in a regulated technical or manufacturing setting.

The Human Resources Manager will serve as a strategic partner to leadership and a trusted resource for employees. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee HR practices related to ITAR, EAR, onboarding, U.S. Person verification, secure employee records, and audit-ready documentation.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering, technical, operational, and specialized roles within a regulated aerospace, defense, or manufacturing environment.
- Serve as the primary contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, workplace culture, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, and applicable government reporting requirements.
- Manage performance evaluation processes, succession planning, employee development programs, and workforce capability initiatives.
- Administer compensation, benefits, HRIS records, workforce metrics, and HR operations to support data-driven leadership decisions.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $80,000 to $120,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Location: Gainesville, FL.
