Picture yourself rotating through receiving, picking, packing, and shipping—learning each station, mastering RF scanners, and helping the team hit safety, quality, accuracy, and delivery goals. This role rewards people who take pride in precise work and enjoy seeing a finished order leave the dock on time.

What you’ll do

• Handle inbound and outbound tasks: receive, pick, inspect, pack, and ship
• Double‑check order accuracy and completeness before release
• Use RF scanners and a warehouse management system to record movement and inventory
• Support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and other areas where needed
• Keep your area orderly and contribute to a safe operation
• Collaborate with coworkers to maintain efficient product flow
• Show up ready to work and take on additional duties as assigned

What sets you up for success

• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work with efficiency
• Basic problem‑solving ability
• Comfort with computers, RF scanners, and WMS tools
• Basic math and clear, respectful communication
• Openness to cross‑training across multiple warehouse areas

Education & experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse experience a plus, not required

Physical requirements

Expect an active shift with frequent movement and material handling:

• Stand and walk throughout the shift
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs routinely; up to 70 lbs on occasion
• Push, pull, bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, and reach as needed

Work setting

Operate around forklifts, RF scanners, packaging equipment, ladders, utility knives, and tape guns. Temperatures may vary, with typical warehouse noise and traffic and exposure to metals, plastics, and packaging materials.
