Shift Options:

• Shift One: Friday 4:00 PM–9:00 PM + Saturday 9:30 AM–4:00 PM.
• Shift Two: Saturday 3:30 PM–9:00 PM + Sunday 10:30 AM–6:00 PM.

TradeWorx Academy is seeking a warm, outgoing, and dependable Weekend Workshop & Social Media Assistant to support our weekend workshops and create a welcoming experience for students and visitors.
This is a customer-facing role that combines hospitality, light administrative support, and photo/video content capture.
Responsibilities:

• Welcome and check in workshop participants.
• Assist walk-in visitors and answer questions about programs.
• Answer incoming calls and take accurate messages.
• Capture engaging photos and short-form video during workshops.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, professional front-of-house area.
• Assist with general customer service and administrative tasks.

• Friendly, confident, and comfortable interacting with new people.
• Dependable, professional, and punctual.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to take initiative and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Comfortable using a smartphone to capture quality photos and video.
• Able to recognize interesting moments and content worth capturing.

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, events, photography, video, or content creation is a plus.
TradeWorx Academy is an active, hands-on training environment featuring tools, construction materials, and live demonstrations. An interest in DIY, home improvement, or the skilled trades is a bonus.
