Are you someone who enjoys working with people and has experience in manufacturing, construction, maintenance, welding, HVAC, electrical, machining, or another skilled trade? We're looking for an Entry-Level Skilled Trades Recruiter to join our growing team.

No recruiting experience? No problem. We are willing to train the right person who has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn. A background in the trades is a huge plus because you'll be connecting with skilled professionals and understanding the jobs they do every day.

What You'll Do

- Recruit and interview candidates for skilled trades and industrial positions
- Source applicants through job boards, social media, referrals, and community networking
- Conduct phone screens and schedule interviews
- Build relationships with job seekers and clients
- Match candidates with available job opportunities
- Maintain candidate records and recruiting activities in our system
- Assist with onboarding and new hire processes
- Support business growth by helping clients find top talent

What We're Looking For

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background in manufacturing, construction, skilled trades, industrial environments, or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Positive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
