The ideal candidate has at least two years of professional graphic design experience specifically involving product design, manufacturing, or production-ready artwork, with a strong understanding of layered files, vector artwork, and how designs translate into physical products.
  • Experience designing products such as packaging, boxes, toys, jewelry, apparel, promotional products, or other manufactured goods is highly relevant.
  • Working closely with Sales, Production, and Marketing, the Production Designer transforms customer concepts into visually appealing designs and manufacturing-ready files for die-cast, stamped, laser-engraved, and printed products. The position also contributes to marketing graphics, product photography, and digital media.
  • If you enjoy solving creative challenges, understanding how things are made, and seeing your designs come to life as finished products, this role offers the opportunity to make your work tangible.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of professional graphic design experience involving physical products, manufacturing, or production-ready artwork.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and work independently.
  • Ability to work on-site in an office and manufacturing environment.

What Makes you a Great Fit:

The ideal candidate is a creative, detail-oriented designer who understands that a design is not finished until it can be manufactured correctly.

You should be comfortable working with intricate artwork, managing multiple layers, troubleshooting design challenges, and making technical adjustments without losing the integrity of the original concept. You understand that designing for physical products requires a different mindset than designing solely for screens or social media.

We value someone who is:

  • Technically minded: Understands file structure, layers, and the practical requirements of manufacturing.
  • Creative and adaptable: Finds solutions when a design needs to change to meet production requirements.
  • Detail-oriented: Takes pride in precision, accuracy, and delivering high-quality work.
  • Collaborative: Communicates effectively with Sales, Production, and Marketing.
  • Organized and accountable: Manages multiple projects, follows through on deadlines, and maintains clean, usable files.
  • Curious and innovative: Looks for ways to improve designs, workflows, and the final product.

Please include a portfolio demonstrating relevant product design, layered artwork, and/or manufacturing-ready files with your application. Examples showing how your artwork translates into a finished physical product are especially encouraged.
