Job Description
Project-Based Position | Significant Long-Term Growth Opportunity | Remote or Local
I am an established entrepreneur, business owner, writer, and creative storyteller seeking a talented individual to help develop, produce, and eventually market a growing collection of original creative projects.
These include AI-generated music videos, recurring animated characters, digital avatars, narrated philosophical essays, and eventually original short films.
I have numerous creative projects underway and am looking for someone with the technical expertise to turn my ideas into high-quality finished productions.
I will provide the creative vision, storytelling, scripts, music, and overall direction. Your primary responsibility will be the technical execution and production of the content, along with valuable input on improving production quality and efficiency.

- Maintaining character consistency throughout complex productions
- Music videos, lip-sync, and audio synchronization
- AI avatars and realistic character performances
- Professional video editing and postproduction
- Tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, and other emerging AI platforms
- Efficient workflows that minimize unnecessary generation costs
We will begin with a clearly defined paid project. Additional projects will follow based on the quality of the work and our compatibility.
Phase 2 — Content Marketing & Audience Development
Following successful production, I would like this individual to help develop and implement strategies for bringing our creative work to the widest possible audience.
This includes:
- Developing YouTube and social media growth strategies
- Marketing original music videos, essays, and future films
- Creating promotional clips, trailers, Shorts, and other supporting content
- Improving titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and content presentation
- Planning releases and promotional campaigns
- Identifying opportunities for organic growth and strategic paid promotion
- Tracking performance and refining our approach based on results
Experience demonstrating measurable audience growth or successful content campaigns is especially valuable.
Phase 3 — Long-Term Business Opportunity
I also own and participate in multiple established and developing businesses, including a national installation company and several new ventures.
For the right individual, this relationship could expand into commercial video production, brand development, advertising, and digital marketing for these businesses.
My objective is to establish a productive, long-term working relationship with someone who has the talent, initiative, and ambition to grow into a much larger opportunity.
BenefitsCompensation & Working Arrangement
We will begin with paid, project-based assignments with clearly defined deliverables and compensation.
If we work well together, I am open to developing a consistent ongoing arrangement with greater responsibilities and compensation.
Both U.S. and international candidates are welcome.
