Job Summary
We are seeking a Client Services Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Downey, CA, within a manufacturing and operations environment. The Client Services Specialist will serve as a key point of contact between customers, internal production teams, operations, and shipping. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries, order updates, service requests, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with production, operations, warehouse, and shipping teams to support accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Enter, update, and maintain customer orders, account details, and service records with a high level of accuracy.
- Monitor order status, communicate timelines, and provide proactive updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Research and resolve customer concerns related to orders, delivery status, documentation, or production requirements.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying service trends, communication gaps, or process challenges.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $50,000 to $60,000 per year.
- Employment type: Temp-to-hire.
