PATIENT CONCIERGE

$22 to $24 per hour
Do you enjoy making people feel welcome and creating content that gets noticed? Join our dental practice in a role that brings together patient service, front desk support, and social media creativity.
We’re looking for someone personable, organized, and proactive who can help create a memorable experience both in the office and online.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and personal attention.
- Help patients feel comfortable with refreshments and thoughtful amenities.
- Keep the reception area beautiful, inviting, and organized.
- Create engaging social media content, including photos, short videos, and captions.
- Highlight patient stories and smile transformations with their permission.
- Work closely with our team to make each visit run smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role.
- Social media skills, including basic photography, video creation, and caption writing.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- A friendly, professional presence and a willingness to take initiative.
- Dental experience is a plus, but not required. Practice software training is provided.
