Schedule: Flexible Scheduling | Days, Evenings, Overnights, and Weekends

On Target Staffing is seeking 6 enthusiastic TikTok LIVE Hosts to join our client's livestream shopping team in North Brunswick, NJ.
In this role, you will host interactive TikTok LIVE shopping events featuring trending products such as toys, squishies, beauty products, collectibles, and unique finds. You'll engage with viewers, demonstrate products, and create an exciting shopping experience that keeps audiences coming back.

Key Responsibilities
- Host entertaining and engaging TikTok LIVE shopping events.
- Present and demonstrate products in an informative, authentic, and exciting manner.
- Interact with viewers in real time, answer questions, and encourage audience participation.
- Participate in approved promotional activities, including special offers, flash sales, and other interactive shopping experiences, in accordance with TikTok's platform policies and applicable regulations.
- Highlight product features and benefits to encourage purchases and achieve sales goals.
- Maintain a positive, welcoming, and engaging atmosphere throughout each livestream.
- Build relationships with viewers and help grow a loyal online shopping community.
- Operate livestreaming equipment and become familiar with TikTok LIVE features.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve livestream performance and viewer engagement.
Qualifications
- Confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking on camera.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage an audience and maintain enthusiasm throughout a livestream.
- Interest in trending products, beauty, toys, collectibles, and online shopping.
- Willingness to learn TikTok LIVE technology and livestream sales techniques.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English to perform essential job responsibilities. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in sales, livestreaming, social media, content creation, or hosting is preferred but not required.
- Ability to comply with applicable TikTok LIVE and TikTok Shop account eligibility requirements.
