Job Title: Live Stream Host & Host Assistant (Nail Supplies & Beauty)

Location: On-Site

Pay: $20.00 - $60.00+ per hour (Varies by role and commission)

Are you ready to grab the ring light and steal the show? We’re on the hunt for both a magnetic Live Stream Sales Host and an eager-to-learn Live Stream Host Assistant to take over our TikTok and Whatnot streams!

If you know how to turn a regular livestream into a digital beauty party, we want you. As a Live Host, you’ll be front-and-center showcasing awesome nail products, hyping up the chat, and using your infectious personality to turn scrollers into loyal buyers.

If you aren't quite ready for the spotlight but want to be, our Host Assistant role is the perfect stepping stone! You will support the main host behind the scenes, learn the ropes, and train to eventually step into the spotlight and host your own shows.

What You’ll Be Doing (The Fun Stuff!)

For the Live Stream Sales Host:

• Run the Show: Host epic, high-energy live streams on TikTok and Whatnot. Think less "corporate sales pitch" and more "virtual shopping party" with your favorite nail products.
• Play Show and Tell: Give awesome, hands-on product demos, dish out the details on the latest nail trends, and make our viewers feel like they’re shopping with their best friend.
• Keep the Chat Buzzing: Talk to the audience, not at them! Answer questions on the fly, give shoutouts, and keep the interactive vibes flowing in real-time.
• Turn Charm into Checkouts: Use your natural charisma and sales magic to hype up the products, drive purchases, and smash our revenue goals.
• Master the Vibe Check: Bring the good energy! Keep things positive, enthusiastic, and professional from the second you hit "Live" until you sign off.

For the Live Stream Host Assistant:

• Be the Right Hand: Support the Live Host during streams by handing them products, organizing the nail supplies, and ensuring the stream runs smoothly.
• Learn the Ropes: Get paid to learn! Watch how the pros do it, get familiar with the live stream software, and learn the best sales techniques.
• Manage the Chat: Help monitor the chat, flag important questions for the host, and keep the community engaged.
• Graduate to Host: Your ultimate goal! As you build confidence and learn the products, we will train you to step in front of the camera and eventually run your very own shows.

Do You Have What It Takes? (Qualifications)

• Camera-Ready Experience (For Hosts): You’ve got the receipts! You have proven experience hosting live sales on TikTok, Whatnot, or similar platforms, and you know your way around a livestream.
• Eagerness to Learn (For Assistants): You might not have hosted yet, but you love social media, are highly organized, and are hungry to learn how to become a top-tier live seller.
• The Gift of Gab: You’re a natural communicator who can instantly connect with viewers and hold their attention.
• Boundless Energy: You thrive in an upbeat environment! You bring the hype, the smiles, and the stamina to keep the vibes high for the whole stream.
• Multitasking Wizardry: You can juggle products, listen to directions, and keep up with a fast-moving live chat all at the exact same time without breaking a sweat.
• Social Media Savvy: You live and breathe the internet. You’re totally comfortable on social platforms and know all the best practices for keeping a digital audience hooked.

• Live Stream Host Assistant: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour. Get paid to learn the industry inside and out, with a direct pathway to promotion.
• Live Stream Sales Host: $20.00 per hour base + Uncapped Commission & Bonuses. We reward high energy! With your base pay and commissions tied directly to your sales, our hosts have the earning potential to make beyond $60.00+ per hour. The more you engage and sell, the more you earn.
