We've completed more than 100 listing shoots so far this year, featuring some of the most spectacular waterfront estates and luxury homes on the Chesapeake Bay. We're looking for a talented visual storyteller to help us showcase them.

The Role:
\n
You'll produce a complete media package for each listing:
\n
* Cinematic video tours of interiors and grounds
\n
* Drone and aerial video and photography highlighting water views, docks, and acreage
\n
* Interior and exterior photography, including twilight shoots when requested
\n
* 2D floor plans with room dimensions
\n
* Occasional team and marketing content
\n
\n
What We're Looking For:
\n
* A strong reel and portfolio, ideally including real estate, architectural, or interior work
\n
* FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate
\n
* Professional camera, gimbal, lighting, and drone equipment
\n
* Advanced editing in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve, plus Lightroom and Photoshop
\n
* Ability to deliver edited media within 24 to 48 hours
\n
* Comfort handling multiple shoots per week with consistent quality
\n
* Professional and polished when working in clients' homes
\n
* Reliable transportation
\n
* Liability and drone insurance
\n
\n

**The Role**
\n
We are looking for a talented, reliable freelance producer to run our recording sessions and deliver polished, final-cut episodes. You will be the technical and creative lead behind the scenes, making sure every episode looks and sounds exceptional.
\n
\n
**Responsibilities**
\n
- Operate the studio on recording days, including camera, lighting, audio, and switching setup
\n
- Manage the flow of each session and ensure a smooth experience for Brad and his guests
\n
- Edit full-length video episodes, including color, audio mixing, graphics, and branded intro and outro elements
\n
- Create short-form clips optimized for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and LinkedIn
\n
- Deliver final files in the formats needed for YouTube and podcast platforms on an agreed timeline
\n
- Collaborate with our Director of Marketing on scheduling, branding, and content priorities
\n
- Offer creative ideas to help the show grow and improve over time
\n
\n
**What We're Looking For**
\n
- Proven experience producing and editing podcast or interview-style video content (portfolio required)
\n
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar
\n
- Strong audio editing and mixing skills
\n
- Comfort working with multicamera studio setups
\n
- Excellent eye for detail and a polished, high-end aesthetic
\n
- Dependable, professional, and comfortable working alongside clients and guests
\n
- Based within commuting distance of Annapolis
\n
\n
**Nice to Have**
\n
- Experience growing a podcast or YouTube channel
\n
- Motion graphics skills
\n
- Familiarity with luxury, lifestyle, or real estate content
