What You'll Do
- Own operational standards and performance across your market of ~5 locations
- Spend the majority of your time in restaurants, visible and present with your teams
- Coach, develop, and hold General Managers accountable for the success of their people and their operations
- Drive sales growth, manage costs, and hit EBITDA targets across your portfolio
- Build annual budgets and partner with marketing on competitive sales strategies
- Identify operational gaps and implement lasting solutions across every location
- Ensure key leadership positions are filled with quality candidates and future leaders are being developed from within
