We’re Tanna Orthodontics & Dental Associates. Our patients are family, and our motto is “Live Life Smiling.” We’re looking for a certified assistant who is warm, reliable, and outgoing, and who loves working with kids, teens, parents, and our community.
What you’ll do in the chair
- Assist Dr. Tanna and Dr. Patel, so every visit runs smoothly and on time
- Help with braces and aligner appointments
- Take digital scans and records right the first time
- Keep every room clean and ready, following our sterilization and infection-control protocols
- Explain what’s happening in plain, friendly language
Beyond the chair
- Post to our social channels and celebrate patient milestones, with written permission first [CHECK THIS: platforms and posts per week]
- Help plan and run community events, like school and sports sponsorships [CHECK THIS: events per quarter]
- Build friendly relationships with schools, coaches, and local businesses
What you’ll need
- One of the following:
- Orthodontic Assistant (OA) permit

- Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license

- Dental assisting certificate (minimum)
- x-ray certificate, CPR/BLS
- Dependable attendance
- Comfortable with social media and basic photo editing on a phone
- Able to work some events outside office hours
Nice to have
- Orthodontic experience
- Canva or similar design tools
- Bilingual in English, Spanish and/or Mandarin
