We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative, also known as a Telemarketer / Lead Generation Associate, in Corona, CA. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and learning the fundamentals of sales, business development, and customer outreach.
This is a great opportunity for a college graduate or someone with customer service experience who is looking to begin a career in a professional office environment. We offer hands-on sales training, weekly coaching, and the opportunity to gain valuable business experience in a supportive team setting. Candidates with backgrounds in retail, customer service, or entry-level sales can build a strong foundation for future career growth while working alongside a positive leadership team that values professionalism, communication, teamwork, and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to identify, engage, and qualify potential customers.
- Follow up with prospects by phone and email to generate new business leads.
- Maintain accurate customer records, call activity, and follow-up notes in the CRM.
- Listen to customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations or next steps.
- Communicate prospect feedback, customer needs, and potential issues to the sales team or manager.
- Participate in weekly sales training, coaching sessions, and team meetings.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $20.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Location: Corona, CA. (100% Onsite)
