Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Supervisor for a temp-to-hire opportunity in a fast-moving retail distribution warehouse. This role supports key warehouse functions including receiving, order fulfillment, shipping, returns, inventory organization, and equipment operation.
This is a great fit for a hands-on warehouse professional who enjoys staying active, learning multiple areas of operations, and helping keep daily workflow moving. The environment is team-oriented, deadline-driven, and ideal for someone who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and can adapt quickly when priorities shift.
The Warehouse Supervisor will play an important role in maintaining accurate inventory, meeting shipping deadlines, supporting quality standards, and helping ensure warehouse operations run efficiently throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, verify, and organize incoming product shipments, including SKU checks, stacking inventory, and completing receiving documentation.
- Perform luggage de-nesting, remove packaging materials, prepare products for shipment, and organize inventory for efficient workflow.
- Support order pulling, packing, labeling, shipping, parcel freight sorting, and LTL shipment preparation.
- Process customer returns, document incoming items, repackage salable products, and return inventory to stock.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts as required.
- Maintain organized warehouse areas while adapting to changing priorities, interruptions, and time-sensitive requests.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $24 to $27 per hour.
- Job Type: Temp-to-hire.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
- Opportunities for overtime.
- Regular and punctual attendance is required.
