What Youll Own
Youll be the leader of the four wallsdriving great hospitality, developing your team, and delivering strong restaurant results.
- Lead, coach, and develop managers and team members
- Drive sales, guest satisfaction, and operational performance
- Manage food cost, inventory, ordering, and cash controls
- Execute scheduling and ensure strong MOD coverage
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and facilities
- Build your leadership bench and develop your successor
What Were Looking For
- Restaurant management experience
- Strong people leadership and team-development skills
- Knowledge of sales, food cost, inventory, scheduling, and restaurant operations
- Hands-on, high-energy leadership style
- Strong hospitality and guest-recovery skills
- Food-safety certification
- Toast and 7shifts experience is a plus
