What You’ll Do
As our Nurse Injector, you’ll play a vital role in delivering top-notch aesthetic services and creating memorable client experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Administering botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, and other non-invasive procedures with precision and care.
- Conducting thorough consultations to understand clients’ goals and recommending personalized treatment plans.
- Maintaining strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe and professional environment.
- Educating clients on post-treatment care, skincare routines, and product options to maximize results.
- Managing appointment scheduling, client records, and follow-up communications using EMR software.
- Promoting our aesthetic services through social media management and client engagement strategies.
- Assisting with product demos, retail sales, and upselling skincare products and treatment packages.
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- A valid nursing license in Ohio (required).
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with dermal fillers and neurotoxin treatments (required).
- Proven expertise in administering botulinum toxin injections and dermal fillers.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly approach to customer care.
- Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, social media management, and product demos.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.
