Sterling Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center, located in the heart of Pennsylvania's Delaware County not far from Philadelphia, is dedicated to serving the subacute rehabilitation, post hospital recovery and long-term care needs of the community. As an integral part of the Media community, we ensure that our residents maintain a continued involvement with the outside world.

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, creative and dependable Activities Aide to join our team. Sterling is a beautifully maintained facility located in Media, PA. We at Sterling provide exceptional care to our residents while providing fantastic career opportunities for our staff!

As a Activities Aide, the expectations are:

• Assist the activity director in implementing an activity program to meet each resident's needs.
• Conduct activity programs.
• Assist with escorting residents to and from activity programs.
• Complete required forms and documents (assessments, MDS, care plans) in accordance with company policy and state/or federal regulations.
• Help create a positive environment for all our residents.
• Possess strong oral and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma required; experience in long-term care preferred.
