Frankfort Auto Haus is looking for a high-energy Social Media Content Creator & On-Camera Personality to become a major part of our dealership's online presence.

This is NOT a sit-behind-a-desk marketing position.

You'll be filming cars. Reviewing vehicles. Creating TikToks. Shooting Reels. Talking to customers and employees. Capturing what happens behind the scenes. Coming up with creative ideas. Jumping on trends. And helping turn Frankfort Auto Haus into a recognizable automotive brand online.

We're looking for a personality — not just someone who knows how to post.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING

Your job is to make Frankfort Auto Haus interesting, entertaining, relatable, and impossible to scroll past.

You'll create content around:

New vehicle arrivals
Vehicle reviews and walkarounds
Luxury, performance and unique vehicles
Funny dealership moments
Interviews with customers and employees
Customer vehicle deliveries
Vehicle photos
Behind-the-scenes dealership content
TikTok/Reels/Shorts trends
Sales events and promotions
Test drives
"Would you drive this?" style content
Vehicle comparisons and features
Day-in-the-life dealership content
Trending automotive topics
Customer experiences and success stories

Some days you'll have a planned shoot.

Other days, something interesting will happen at the dealership and you need to recognize the opportunity, pull out the camera, and turn it into content.

THE PLATFORMS YOU'LL WORK WITH

You'll help create, edit, publish, and manage content across platforms including:

• TikTok
• Instagram
• Facebook
• YouTube
• YouTube Shorts
• Snapchat
• Other emerging social media platforms
• Digital advertising channels

You'll also help us understand what's working, what's trending, and what we should create next.

YOU NEED TO LOVE BEING ON CAMERA

This part is important.

We're not looking for someone who only wants to stay behind the camera.

You will regularly be one of the faces of Frankfort Auto Haus.

You should be comfortable:

• Talking directly to the camera
• Reviewing vehicles
• Interviewing customers
• Interviewing employees
• Talking to strangers
• Creating funny or entertaining content
• Speaking naturally without sounding scripted
• Showing your personality
• Trying new ideas
• Being spontaneous
• Creating multiple pieces of content in a day

You don't need to be a professional actor.

Actually, we'd rather you not sound like one.

We want someone authentic, confident, entertaining, and relatable.

You understand that building a brand takes more than posting once when you feel like it.

You're NOT AFRAID TO TRY THINGS.
Not every video will go viral. You learn, adjust, and create the next one.

WE CARE ABOUT CREATIVITY MORE THAN A DEGREE

A marketing degree is great.

But it's not required.

If you've built a TikTok page, grown an Instagram account, created YouTube videos, made viral content, edited Reels, managed a business page, or built your own personal brand — we want to see it.

We're interested in what you can actually create.

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

Automotive experience is NOT required.

If you're great at content and willing to learn about cars, we'll help teach you the automotive side.

THIS IS MORE THAN "POSTING ON SOCIAL MEDIA"

We're looking for someone who wants to help build a brand.

You'll have access to a constantly changing inventory of vehicles to create content around — from everyday cars and trucks to luxury, performance, and unique vehicles.

You'll also have real customers, salespeople, dealership operations, new arrivals, trades, deliveries, test drives, and behind-the-scenes moments happening around you every day.

Your job is to turn that into content people actually want to watch.

And as the dealership grows, we want this position to grow with it.
