Siana Aesthetics, a luxury medical spa located in the heart of Beverly, MA, is seeking a local, highly skilled, and charismatic Aesthetic Injector to join our growing team.
Located on Boston’s prestigious North Shore, our modern, design-forward practice offers advanced aesthetic technology and serves a discerning clientele seeking exceptional results and a premium patient experience.
This is a 20% commission-only opportunity designed for an entrepreneurial, motivated injector who is confident building patient relationships, growing their personal brand, and contributing to the growth of a luxury aesthetic practice.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced injectable treatments, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulatory injectables
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and develop customized aesthetic treatment plans
- Deliver natural-looking, high-quality results aligned with patient goals
- Maintain accurate patient charting and follow all clinical, safety, and EMR compliance protocols
- Build strong patient relationships and contribute to patient retention
- Participate in promotional campaigns, photoshoots, and collaborative social media content
- Represent the Siana Aesthetics brand professionally both in the practice and online
- Contribute to the continued growth and visibility of the practice
Qualifications
- Must live locally in or near Beverly, MA
- Active Massachusetts RN license
- Minimum 2 years of aesthetic injecting experience
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and natural-result aesthetics
- Proven ability to build trust and rapport with patients
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, sales, and digital communication skills
- Established or growing professional social media presence
- Comfortable with personal branding and being featured in marketing content
- Passion for aesthetics, continuous education, and delivering exceptional patient experiences
- Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for a commission-only compensation model
Compensation
20% Commission Only
