Technical Source is currently in search of a Senior Upstream Process Engineer for our pharmaceutical client in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Area. This is a long-term contract position that requires on-site work. The qualified candidate should have experience supporting the start-up and commissioning of downstream process equipment.

Responsibilities of the Senior Upstream Process Engineer include:

- Engineering Support during C&Q Activities
- P&ID Review/Walkdowns
- Verify Installation/Mechanical Completion
- Communicate with Vendors/Relevant Teams
- Troubleshooting Support during Engineering Runs & Production

Qualifications of the Senior Upstream Process Engineer include:

- \n
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical Preferred)
- 3+ Years of Experience in Process Engineering
- Experience Working in a Greenfield Environment
- Extensive Knowledge of Stainless Steel Downstream Equipment (Media Prep, Seed Train, OR Bioreactors)
