WHAT YOU'LL DO

Recruit & Interview: Proactively source, interview, and connect qualified candidates with immediate job opportunities in the multifamily industry.
Build Relationships: Communicate directly with candidates and clients to understand their needs and find the right match.
Drive Results: Maintain a strong candidate pipeline, meet recruiting goals, and help fill open positions quickly.
Get Social & Network: Promote job opportunities through social media, job boards, networking, job fairs, and recruiting events.
Onboard & Support: Guide candidates through applications, background screenings, onboarding, and new-hire requirements.
Keep Things Moving: Maintain accurate applicant records, update job postings, welcome walk-in applicants, and support daily office operations.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Bilingual English/Spanish — REQUIRED
Outgoing, energetic, and confident communicating with people.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, competitive, and results-driven mindset.
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using social media, job boards, Microsoft Office, and recruiting systems.
A team player with a positive attitude who is eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.

Multifamily industry or recruiting experience is a plus!
