Sell high-end design in a 20,000 sq. ft. luxury showroom

LA Furniture Store has spent nearly 20 years making luxury modern, Italian, and contemporary furniture accessible. Our Woodland Hills Concept Showroom is home to the LAMOD Collection, our most exclusive line, and serves a discerning clientele furnishing high-end homes across the San Fernando Valley and beyond.

We’re looking for an experienced, high-ticket sales professional who knows how to build trust, guide design decisions, and close. If you’re used to selling luxury furniture, interiors, jewelry, autos, or other premium products, you’ll do well here.

What you’ll do

• Consult with showroom clients on their style, space, and budget, and design full-room solutions.
• Present products with confidence, handle objections, and close in-stock and custom orders.
• Convert leads from walk-ins, phone calls, web inquiries, and social media.
• Build a book of repeat and referral clients, including designers and trade customers.
• Cross-sell coordinating pieces, accessories, and delivery and installation services.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of commissioned sales experience in luxury or high-ticket retail. Furniture, interiors, or home décor experience is strongly preferred.
• A proven closing track record. Be ready to share your numbers.
• An eye for design and genuine interest in modern interiors.
• Polished, professional communication and consistent follow-up.
• Availability for a retail schedule, including weekends.

Bonus points

• Interior design education or experience
• An existing client book or designer relationships
• Social media content skills (Instagram, TikTok, short-form video)

Our San Fernando Valley clients visit our Westfield Topanga Mall Showroom, and most recently, in November 2019, we opened a new 20,000sq.ft. Concept Showroom in Woodland Hills, CA. This Concept showroom is tailored directly for our more discerning clients, seeking truly high-end pieces, and features our most exclusive and luxurious collection- The LA Mod Collection- while still being mindful of affordability, remaining true to our original mission of making beautiful interiors more accessible to everyone.

While LA Furniture is based in the Los Angeles area, The LA Mod collection is also available in our Florida location. Aptly named Modern Miami, our Hallandale Beach store is specifically curated with the Miami aesthetic in mind, yet also offers the entire LA Furniture catalog as well as the new LA Mod Collection.
