We're looking for an energetic, fitness-passionate, and dependable individual to join our evening team!

This is not a traditional desk job. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working out, loves connecting with people, and is excited to be an active part of our fitness community.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Member Experience

• Welcome members and guests with enthusiasm and positivity.
  
  
• Check members into classes and assist with questions.
  
  
• Build relationships with members and create a welcoming, motivating atmosphere.
  
  
• Handle daily front desk operations and administrative tasks.
  
  

Membership Sales & Lead Follow-Up

• Make outbound calls and send follow-up texts to prospective members.
  
  
• Schedule introductory workouts and appointments.
  
  
• Explain membership options, promotions, and fitness programs.
  
  
• Help convert leads and trial participants into paying members.
  
  
• Proactively engage with members to support retention and referrals.
  
  

Trainer & Workout Support

• Actively participate in group workouts and demonstrate exercises alongside the lead trainer.
  
  
• Demonstrate proper exercise movements and modifications under the trainer's direction.
  
  
• Bring energy, enthusiasm, and motivation to every class.
  
  
• Assist with workout equipment setup, transitions, and breakdown.
  
  
• Help create an engaging and positive workout experience for members.
  
  

Facility Cleaning & Closing Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning duties to maintain a clean and welcoming gym.
  
  
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
  
  
• Sweep, mop, and clean workout floors and common areas.
  
  
• Wipe down and sanitize workout equipment and high-touch surfaces.
  
  
• Empty trash bins and restock bathroom supplies.
  
  
• Ensure equipment is properly organized and stored.
  
  
• Complete end-of-day cleaning and closing checklists.
  
  

Marketing & Social Media Support

• Capture workout videos, photos, and member engagement content.
  
  
• Assist with social media content creation and promotions.
  
  
• Support community events and marketing initiatives.
  
  

Qualifications

• Must be available for the entire 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM shift
• Actively involved in fitness with a genuine passion for working out and maintaining an active lifestyle.
  
  
• Comfortable physically participating in workouts and demonstrating exercises in front of groups.
  
  
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
  
  
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls and following up with prospective members.
  
  
• Willing and able to perform daily cleaning duties, including bathroom cleaning.
  
  
• Dependable, punctual, organized, and self-motivated.
  
  
• Previous sales, customer service, or fitness experience preferred.
  
  
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
