Join an AI/ML team working on data curation and model training to make research and product advances engaging for technical audiences. You will combine technical understanding with hands-on media and community work, helping researchers and developers learn about new ideas through clear writing, demos, and video.
What You'll Do
- Turn research and product work into technical threads, demos, videos, and launch content.
- Build and maintain an active, recognizable voice on X by joining conversations and engaging with the technical community.
- Help founders and researchers communicate in their own voices through thoughtful social content.
- Lead research launches across social media, technical blog content, and video, from planning through follow-up.
- Build relationships with researchers, open-source developers, AI creators, and technical founders.
- Share community feedback with product and research teams, and run experiments to improve content strategy.
What We're Looking For
- Two to seven years of experience in technical content, developer marketing, or developer relations in AI/ML.
- Strong technical depth in computer science or machine learning, demonstrated through a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience creating social content about technical concepts, including short-form writing such as threads, posts, or blog articles.
- Experience building technical demos using code, notebooks, or video, with familiarity with Python and video production.
- An active X account with at least 1,000 followers and an audience interested in technical topics.
- Comfort using social media analytics and content strategy to assess engagement and improve results.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary range: $160,000 to $230,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available.
Location
Hybrid role based in Redwood City, California, with four days per week in the office.
