Iles Formula, the founder-led haircare brand created by celebrity hairstylist Wendy Iles, is looking for a

Social Media & Marketing Executive to bring our brand stories, professional expertise and products to
\n
life.
\n
\n
What you’ll do
\n
- \n
- Plan, and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, with design and copy
\n
\n
that reflect our brand voice.
\n
- \n
- Edit short-form videos for Reels, Stories and LinkedIn.
- Manage our online community: respond thoughtfully to comments and messages, and make
\n
\n
\n
sure product questions get accurate answers.
\n
- \n
- Track performance and deliver clear reports through our reporting platform, using insights to
\n
\n
improve content and grow engagement.
\n
- \n
- Coordinate the on-time delivery of creative assets to our Sales, Marketing and E-Commerce
\n
\n
teams.
\n
- \n
- Support the founder’s daily schedule, meeting reminders and travel arrangements.
- Manage a content calendar, meet deadlines and communicate clearly with the team.
\n
\n
\n
What you’ll bring
\n
- \n
- Proven experience managing social media and community engagement for a brand or
\n
\n
business.
\n
- \n
- Strong video editing skills and confidence creating content from start to finish.
- Proficiency in Canva; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with AI image and content tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly or
\n
\n
\n
\n
ChatGPT.
\n
- \n
- Excellent written English and an adaptable tone of voice.
- Strong organisation, reliable follow-through and attention to detail.
- A portfolio showcasing your social content and video work.
- Experience in beauty, haircare or fashion is a plus.
\n
