Compensation: $60-90hr
Location: 100% REMOTE
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands on BMC Remedy/Helix development experience.
- Strong experience with BMC Helix ITSM, Innovation Studio/Innovation Suite, and Remedy AR System.
- Hands-on experience with BMC Helix application migrations, ideally migrating legacy applications to Innovation Studio.
- Experience developing workflows using Active Links, Filters, Escalations, and business rules.
- Strong integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
- Experience with ITSM modules, CMDB, and ITIL processes.
- Previous Communications, Media & Technology (CMT) industry experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications within the BMC Helix platform.
- Build and customize ITSM workflows, forms, business rules, approvals, notifications, and automation.
- Migrate existing applications to BMC Innovation Studio while maintaining current functionality.
- Develop integrations between Helix and external enterprise systems using APIs and web services.
- Configure and support CMDB, asset management, reconciliation, and data integrity processes.
