Our client seeks a ServiceNow Business Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise ServiceNow implementation. The analyst will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, elicit and document requirements, and ensure alignment of ServiceNow solutions with organizational objectives. The role requires experience facilitating workshops, producing clear documentation, and driving delivery across multiple workstreams. This is a 24-month contract requiring four days per week onsite in Orlando, FL.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and process-mapping exercises.
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Support implementation of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, HRSD, and Service Catalog.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, architects, project managers, and business representatives throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist with backlog management, sprint planning, and prioritization activities.
- Develop and execute user acceptance testing plans and coordinate business validation activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and workflow automation.
- Create training materials, process documentation, and end-user communications.
- Support organizational change management and user adoption initiatives.
Experience Requirements:
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives.
- 2+ years supporting ServiceNow implementations or enhancements.
- Proven ability to gather and document business and functional requirements.
- Experience creating BRDs, user stories, process flows, functional specifications, use cases, and UAT test scripts.
- Knowledge of ITSM principles and processes.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments.
- Proficiency with JIRA, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow Agile tools, or similar platforms.
- Ability and willingness to work onsite in Orlando, FL four days per week.
- Preferred: Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, or HRSD. CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent. ServiceNow CSA or related certification. Large enterprise experience. Background in media, entertainment, hospitality, travel, or theme parks. Experience with process optimization and workflow automation.
