Now Hiring: Receptionist – Grooming & Boarding Facility
Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour
Hours: 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM
Paid Lunch Included
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Receptionist to join our busy grooming and boarding facility!
The ideal candidate is comfortable around animals, enjoys working with people, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are a must, along with a genuine love and understanding of animals.
Responsibilities Include:
• Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers with inquiries
• Scheduling grooming appointments and managing reservations
• Checking in dogs for grooming and boarding
• Handling customer transactions and processing payments
• Safely and confidently handling animals as needed
• Ordering and organizing facility supplies
• Updating and maintaining our social media pages
• Helping keep the front desk organized and running smoothly
Requirements:
• Previous experience working with animals is required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, professional, and patient demeanor
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a busy environment with dogs and their owners
