You'll work in a state-of-the-art cleanroom setting preparing buffers and media, mixing chemicals, performing quality checks, and ensuring products are manufactured safely and correctly the first time.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and execute manufacturing batches following GMP procedures and work instructions
  • Weigh, measure, transfer, and mix chemicals with a high degree of accuracy
  • Perform in-process testing and quality checks throughout production
  • Complete manufacturing documentation and batch records accurately
  • Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment
  • Support media and buffer preparation activities in a cleanroom environment
  • Maintain raw material inventory and production supplies
  • Follow strict safety, gowning, and aseptic procedures
  • Participate in process improvements focused on safety, quality, and efficiency
  • Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams
  • Assist with equipment troubleshooting and preventative maintenance activities

What We're Looking For

Manufacturing experience in a GMP, pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical, food production, or regulated environment

Ability to follow detailed SOPs, batch records, and work instructions

Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment

Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills

Strong math skills, including measurements, decimals, and unit conversions

Commitment to safety, quality, and right-first-time execution

Preferred Qualifications

  • Cleanroom or aseptic manufacturing experience
  • Biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or chemical manufacturing experience
  • Experience preparing buffers, solutions, or media
  • Familiarity with GMP documentation requirements
  • Experience with inventory systems and material management
  • Continuous improvement or Lean manufacturing experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
