In8Life Health Complex is a fast-paced, family-focused chiropractic and wellness office that has been serving our community for over 30 years. We are looking for an energetic, positive, and dependable person to join our team and help us create an amazing experience for our patients.
We need someone that understands the problems in traditional healthcare and have the confidence to present the financial responsibility.

What You'll Do
- Greet patients and create a welcoming, positive experience
- Review finances, insurance, and explain benefits
- Answer phones, texts, and emails
- Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care
- Help patients stay on track with their programs
- Learn and confidently communicate our mission and services
Who We're Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic
- Confident to review a patients health care costs
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Organized and able to multitask
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Passionate about health and helping others
Schedule
Approximately 25-35 hours per week
Monday: 9 AM–6 PM
Tuesday: 2 PM–6 PM
Wednesday: 9 AM–6 PM
Thursday: 9 AM–6 PM
Additional time for opening/closing responsibilities, team meetings, and training.
