Job Description

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour:

Immediate openings in the Swanton area, background checks and drug screens are required. Send resumes for immediate consideration.

We are looking for CNC Machinist, Fabricators, Mechanics, Painters, Saw Operators and Material Handlers

CNC Machinist 3rd shift $25.00 to $35 hour

Responsible for operating one or more types of manual machines. Selects appropriate tooling, settings, holding tight tolerances and makes adjustments as necessary. Performs tooling change overs, and keeps work area organized. Follows established quality and safety standards.

· Set up and operate various manual machines.

· Ability to read blueprints and calculate dimensions

· Inspections holding tolerances using mathematics and gaging instruments such as micrometers, Vernier calipers, calipers, ruler/scale, bore gauge, depth gauge, I.D./O.D. thread gauges and gauge blocks.

· Able to do sets and edits set speeds and feeds

· Perform First and last part inspection

· Ability to identify and analyze tooling; Tap, end mill, drill, groove tool, ETC.

Fabricators 3rd shift $22.00- $25.00

Responsible to lay out, fit, and weld fabricated, assemble structural forms such as machinery frames, tanks, pressure vessels, and ground support equipment.

Able to perform the following duties: interpret blueprints, specifications, diagrams or schematics to determine appropriate welding process. Inspect completed welds to determine structural soundness.

· Mig and Flux core Welding

· Read Blueprints and tape measure plan layout, assembly, and welding.

· Able to use shop equipment

· Pass a CWI test certify on steel and aluminum with the MIG welding process in the 3G position vertical up and on steel in the vertical down 3G position.

Mechanic/Mechanical Assembly 1st Shift $20.00 to 30hr

Responsible for working as part of a team of mechanics to assemble and test complex equipment with hand and power tools. Will be expected to assemble, tear down, troubleshoot, and reassembly as necessary. This is a high-mix, low volume environment where mechanical skill and aptitude are needed to assemble a very broad product line of mechanical and powered products and jacks.

· Able to read Mechanical and schematics prints

· experience with hydraulic, electrical and mechanical assemblies

· Ability to follow direction

· Ability to use basic hand and power tools

Painter 2nd shift $20 to $23

Responsible for preparing and painting parts for use in the assembly of products specifications. Will be using Powder coating, Electro-static and Spray Painting

Must be able to use electrostatic powder coating equipment and wet spray guns
Places individual pieces or racks on conveyor.
Prep products, pieces and parts for paint.
Washes parts with high pressure washer using wand-type sprayer.
Applies powder coating to prescribed thickness evenly and consistently.
Mixes and applies wet paint with a high degree of quality.
Ability to use media blaster.
Able to lift 50lbs
