We’re looking for an energetic, warm, sales-minded team member to join our boutique wellness spa. This role is perfect for someone who loves wellness, skincare, customer service, and helping clients build consistent self-care routines.
 
What you’ll do:
 
<ul>
<li>Welcome and check in guests</li>
<li>Explain salt therapy, infrared sauna, red light therapy, and other wellness services</li>
<li>Recommend and sell memberships, packages, upgrades, and retail products</li>
<li>Educate clients on at-home skincare and LED beauty/wellness devices</li>
<li>Book appointments and manage the daily schedule</li>
<li>Prepare and reset treatment/therapy areas between clients</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, relaxing, luxury spa environment</li>
<li>Follow up with leads and existing clients</li>
<li>Help with promotions, events, social media content, and client retention</li>
</ul>
 
We’re looking for someone who is:&nbsp;outgoing and polished, comfortable selling without being pushy, dependable, organized, interested in wellness/skincare, and comfortable learning new technologies and products. Previous spa, medspa, fitness studio, hospitality, retail, or membership-sales experience is a plus.
