Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Ecommerce/Customer Service Representative for a direct hire opportunity. This role supports daily order entry, e-commerce order processing, customer service, and cross-functional coordination within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Process customer and e-commerce purchase orders, verify order accuracy, and enter order details into the ERP system.
- Update shipping schedules, manage backorders, and coordinate order status with warehouse, accounting, and sales teams.
- Resolve customer issues related to pricing, credit, product availability, returns, claims, and order discrepancies.
- Maintain positive customer relationships through timely communication and professional service.
- Assist with invoicing, filing, inventory support, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour.
