Seeking a Senior Media Investment Buyer with 5+ years of agency or media buying experience to lead local media investments, negotiate buys, manage client accounts, and oversee an Associate-level direct report.

Responsibilities

- Negotiate and manage local TV and radio media buys; digital video experience is a plus.
- Develop media plans based on campaign goals, budgets, timelines, and target audiences.
- Analyze local market conditions, audience trends, and competitive activity.
- Negotiate rates, placements, and added-value opportunities to maximize reach and impressions.
- Monitor campaign delivery and performance against goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local media vendors and station representatives.
- Manage and mentor an Associate, including daily workload and development.

Qualifications
\n

- 5+ years of media buying/investment experience, preferably with strong local media experience.
- Established relationships with local TV/radio station contacts.
- Strong negotiation, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strata and SQAD experience preferred.
