As a Real Estate Multimedia Specialist - Photo & Video, you'll use your creative talents to produce captivating visual content that highlights our properties and strengthens our brand. You'll play a crucial role in connecting potential buyers with their future homes through stunning photography and engaging videos.

Compensation:

$15 hourly

Responsibilities:

We're looking for someone who is:

• Capture high-quality interior and exterior photos and videos of residential properties for listings, websites, and social media.
• Create engaging property tours, short-form videos, Reels, and other social media content that showcases each property.
• Edit photos and videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva, or similar platforms.

• Collaborate with agents and team members to understand content needs.

What success looks like at 6 months:

• Our listings capture attention online.
• Our social media presence continues to grow.
• Your creativity helps generate engagement, build trust, and support business growth.

Qualifications:

What you bring (must-haves):

• Strong organizational and communication skills; valid Texas driver’s license
• Portfolio of photography/video work
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.

Nice-to-haves:

• Drone experience, experience with Lightroom/Premiere/Final Cut
