Team Coordination & Accountability\n\nWork closely with the founder's existing personal operations, security, facilities, and administrative teams.\nCoordinate priorities and responsibilities across team members, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and accountability.\nServe as an escalation point for matters that can be resolved without involving the founder.\nFollow up persistently and professionally to ensure that assignments are completed to a high standard.\nIdentify staffing gaps, process weaknesses, and opportunities to improve team performance.\nBuild effective relationships with everyone from household employees and vendors to senior executives and high-profile partners.\nHelp maintain a professional, organized, efficient, and service-oriented operating environment.\n\n6. Special Projects & Problem Solving\n\nLead special projects across both business and personal affairs, from events and property improvements to new operational initiatives.\nResearch options, negotiate with vendors, assess tradeoffs, and present concise recommendations.\nTake ownership of unfamiliar challenges and find creative solutions with minimal supervision.\nManage sensitive, confidential, and time-critical situations with excellent judgment.\nStay several steps ahead, anticipating potential issues before they become problems.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nExperience & Qualifications\n\n7-10+ years of relevant experience in a senior Chief of Staff, Executive Operations, Family Office, Estate Management, or executive support position.\nPrevious experience directly supporting a high-profile founder, entrepreneur, CEO, celebrity, or high-net-worth individual is strongly preferred.\nDemonstrated ability to manage a combination of complex business and personal responsibilities.\nStrong knowledge of estate management, household staffing, facilities coordination, vendors, and property operations.\nExperience managing senior-level calendars, travel, executive communications, and competing priorities.\nExceptional computer literacy, technological aptitude, and hands-on experience using AI-powered productivity tools.\nStrong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, organization, and project management skills.\nValid driver's license, excellent driving record, and willingness to personally drive the founder when needed.\nWillingness to travel domestically and internationally, including occasional overnight trips.\nAbility to work primarily in person and adapt to a demanding, unpredictable schedule.\nWillingness to support a seven-day operational environment, including after-hours, weekends, holidays, and urgent situations, with working schedules, compensation, and time off structured in accordance with applicable employment laws.\nAbility to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise exceptional discretion.\n\nThe Ideal Candidate\n\nWe're looking for someone with an uncommon combination of intelligence, judgment, confidence, humility, and a genuine passion for supporting a fast-moving entrepreneur.\n\nYou are proactive, not reactive. You anticipate needs, identify potential problems, and take action before being asked.\n\nYou take complete ownership. When something is assigned to you, there's no need for repeated follow-up. You manage it from start to finish.\n\nYou are extremely tech-savvy. You enjoy learning new tools, experimenting with AI, implementing automations, and finding smarter ways to accomplish everyday tasks.\n\nYou are confident but not egotistical. You can professionally direct senior staff, communicate with prominent business leaders, and establish boundaries with strangers, while also being perfectly comfortable driving, running an errand, or handling a small personal detail.\n\nYou remain calm under pressure. Whether dealing with a last-minute travel change, a household emergency, a demanding executive, or a crowd of enthusiastic fans, you handle situations with composure and sound judgment.\n\nYou have exceptional discretion. You understand that working closely with a public figure requires confidentiality, professionalism, loyalty, and appropriate personal boundaries.\n\nYou are highly adaptable. Your responsibilities may change throughout the day, and you enjoy the variety rather than needing a rigid routine.\n\nYou are service-oriented. You take pride in making other people's lives run smoothly and in accomplishing things behind the scenes without needing recognition.\n\nYou are an excellent communicator. You're personable, clear, direct, and capable of navigating relationships with people at every level.\n\nYou have excellent judgment. You know when to make a decision independently, when to consult others, and when something truly requires the founder's attention.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\n\nIn the first 30 days: You have developed a deep understanding of the founder's schedule, preferences, personal and professional priorities, key relationships, and existing operations.\n\nWithin 60 days: You are independently coordinating staff, managing daily logistics, tracking important business priorities, and introducing improvements to existing systems.\n\nWithin 90 days: You have become an indispensable part of the founder's daily operations, proactively resolving issues, reducing unnecessary interruptions, and ensuring major responsibilities are consistently handled.\n\nLong term: The founder can confidently delegate almost any operational challenge to you, knowing it will be handled thoughtfully, efficiently, and with minimal supervision.\n\nThe ultimate measure of success is simple: You make the founder's life easier, protect their time, and ensure things get done without requiring constant attention.\n\nSchedule & Working Environment\n\nThis is a highly involved, hands-on position that requires significant flexibility and responsiveness.\n\nThe founder maintains an active schedule spanning business operations, family commitments, travel, events, and public appearances. As a result, the ideal candidate must be comfortable with irregular hours and availability outside a conventional workweek.\n\nThe role supports operations occurring seven days a week. Evening, weekend, holiday, and urgent-response coverage will be required, with appropriate scheduling, rest periods, and compensation consistent with applicable law.\n\nThis position is primarily in-person and requires regular proximity to the founder throughout the Los Angeles area, with travel as needed.\n\nWhy This Opportunity Is Unique\n\nThis is an opportunity to work at the intersection of entertainment, entrepreneurship, technology, philanthropy, and high-level personal operations.\n\nYou will gain direct exposure to the inner workings of a globally recognized media business while helping manage the day-to-day priorities of its founder.\n\nYou'll be entrusted with meaningful responsibilities, a wide variety of challenges, and the opportunity to implement systems and improvements that have a direct impact.\n\nFor someone who thrives on responsibility, variety, problem-solving, and building trusted relationships, this is a rare opportunity to become a truly integral part of a founder's life and operations.\n\nHow to Apply\n\nPlease submit your resume and answer the three application questions in the application form. Please keep past principals' names and confidential details private; anonymized examples are welcome.\n\nWe are looking for more than someone who can manage a schedule. We're looking for someone who can manage complexity, anticipate needs, and become a genuinely trusted right hand.
