Support the owner in leading a cross-functional picture framing and digital printing store team. This role combines design consultation, accurate order processing, customer service, store administration, and marketing while serving local customers, art and photography clients, and online orders. The position offers the opportunity to become the next owner.
Responsibilities
- Provide design consultations with excellent design judgment.
- Measure framing projects and enter customer orders accurately.
- Deliver courteous, efficient customer service to clients and coworkers.
- Manage store administration, including QuickBooks entries, payroll processing, and sales tax filing.
- Maintain and improve the store website.
- Manage Google, Yelp, and other pay-per-click marketing channels.
- Create social media posts and campaigns.
- Develop email promotions and marketing blasts.
- Support local residential, corporate, and government customer orders, artists, and online orders.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail store management experience.
- Associate degree in Business, Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with picture framing, digital printing, retail sales, or design consultation.
- Experience with order entry and QuickBooks.
- Digital marketing experience.
- Strong customer service skills.
