Compañía reconocida en la industria de seguros médicos busca Call Center Representative para apoyar a afiliados durante el proceso de inscripción a planes médicos. Esta oportunidad temporera es ideal para personas con experiencia en servicio al cliente que disfrutan orientar, escuchar activamente y brindar soluciones claras por teléfono.
Key Responsibilities
- Orientar a afiliados sobre el proceso de inscripción a planes médicos.
- Atender llamadas entrantes y ofrecer información clara, precisa y profesional.
- Documentar interacciones y actualizar información relacionada con el servicio al cliente.
- Escuchar las necesidades del afiliado y canalizar preguntas o situaciones según los procedimientos establecidos.
- Mantener un trato cordial, empático y orientado a soluciones en cada comunicación.
- Cumplir con estándares de calidad, servicio y confidencialidad en un entorno de call center.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salario: $12.00 por hora.
- Horario: Lunes a viernes, de 8:00 a. m. a 5:00 p. m.
- Duración: Temporero hasta marzo de 2027.
- Tipo de empleo: Contract/Temporary.
- Ubicación: San Juan, PR.
