About the role
A growing North Texas managed services and technology consulting firm is hiring a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales team and own the marketing function. You will report directly to the President, lead our sales and marketing teams. Our clients are mid-sized companies across North America, primarily in manufacturing and distribution, and we deliver managed IT, AI, automation, and ERP/CRM services. Company details will be shared with candidates who advance to an interview.
What you'll do
- Own the sales pipeline from first contact to signed agreement, and close business yourself
- Lead, coach, and set targets for the sales team
- Own the marketing plan, budget, and content, including an active LinkedIn and social media presence that drives organic traffic and inbound leads
- Report on pipeline, forecasts, and marketing results to the President
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
- At least 3 consecutive years of documented sales success, meeting or exceeding quota each year
- Experience selling or marketing technology services (managed IT, ERP or CRM, SaaS, or similar)
- Proven ability to use LinkedIn and social media to generate organic traffic and inbound leads
- Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and able to travel
- Sales team or marketing management experience is a plus
Compensation and benefits
- Base salary plus a shared commission on the entire sales team's closed business
- Health benefits, 401(k), paid time off, phone reimbursement, and mileage reimbursement
- Hybrid schedule based in DFW
