Job Description:
\n
The Nurse Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for nursing professionals, with a primary focus on recruiting LPNs, RPNs, and Nurses. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare recruiting, experience engaging licensed clinical candidates, and the ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment. This role will partner with hiring teams to understand staffing needs, develop candidate pipelines, conduct initial screenings, and guide qualified candidates through the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for LPNs, RPNs, and Nurses.
- Source and attract qualified nursing candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified nursing professionals.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, candidate requirements, and hiring priorities.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.
- Provide timely follow-up to candidates and hiring teams to support an efficient hiring process.
- Assist with offer coordination and other pre-employment steps as needed.
- Manage multiple requisitions and priorities while meeting recruiting timelines.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on healthcare or clinical recruiting.
- Required experience recruiting LPNs, RPNs, and Nurses.
- Experience sourcing and screening licensed healthcare professionals.
- Strong understanding of healthcare recruiting and clinical candidate requirements.
- Excellent communication and candidate relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working independently in a fully remote environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and common recruiting platforms.
