Our law office is growing fast, and we’re searching for a full-time legal intake specialist to help us succeed! You’ll serve as the compassionate voice of our law firm, fielding inbound calls from prospective clients in their time of need, screening and surveying for potential cases, and helping our lawyers manage their meetings. Compensation:
$53,000
Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and promptly and professionally respond to web, text, and email inquiries.

Collect accurate information from prospective clients and enter it into the firm's systems.

Explain consultation options clearly, including our non-attorney case review and attorney consultation, and schedule appointments accordingly.

Route calls and inquiries to the appropriate team member or department.

Follow up with leads who have not yet scheduled, according to firm procedures.

Maintain strict confidentiality of all client and prospective-client information.

Keep records complete and up to date so the sales and legal teams have what they need before each appointment.

Handle distressed or emotional callers with composure and compassion.

Refrain from providing legal advice while guiding callers to the appropriate resource.
Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in a receptionist, intake, call center, or customer service role (law firm experience preferred)

Excellent phone presence and written communication

Close attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of contacts

Sound judgment and discretion with sensitive information

Proficiency with CRM or case management software

High school diploma required. Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
