- Commitment to promoting equity, diversity, and positive school climates
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments to inform individualized education plans (IEPs) and support interventions
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success and emotional well-being
- Develop and implement evidence-based behavioral and academic interventions
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to advocate for student needs
- Contribute to crisis response and prevention initiatives, offering expert guidance as needed
- Maintain documentation and compliance in line with local and federal education regulations
