Job Summary
A growing aerospace manufacturing operation in Pico Rivera, CA is seeking a dependable Forklift Warehouse Associate for a direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a warehouse professional with strong shipping and receiving experience, hands-on forklift skills, and the ability to keep materials moving accurately in a fast-paced production environment.
The Forklift Warehouse Associate will support daily warehouse operations by receiving incoming materials, preparing outbound shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and helping ensure aerospace components are handled safely and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who values stable work, teamwork, safety, and a well-organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and shipping documentation.
- Prepare outgoing shipments by packaging, labeling, staging, and securing materials for delivery.
- Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, move, and organize warehouse materials.
- Verify quantities, part numbers, and shipment details to support inventory and order accuracy.
- Maintain warehouse organization, assist with inventory counts, and support a clean and safe work area.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and other internal teams to ensure materials are available when needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Annual salary: $42,000 per year.
- Must be willing and available to work overtime and weekends as business needs require.
