Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced bilingual in Spanish Warehouse Supervisor for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Hayward, CA. This role is ideal for a hands-on shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations leader who enjoys supervising teams, improving daily workflow, and ensuring orders are packed, documented, and shipped accurately.
The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily shipping department operations in a manufacturing environment, including incoming and outgoing shipments, packaging quality, logistics documentation, employee training, safety compliance, and team performance. This is a strong opportunity for a dependable operations professional who wants stability, responsibility, and a path to long-term employment with a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily shipping, receiving, storing, packaging, and order fulfillment activities to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
- Confirm customer orders are packaged according to internal and external specifications, quality standards, and shipping requirements.
- Prepare and coordinate FedEx, UPS, DHL, third-party, domestic, and international shipments with accurate documentation.
- Train, guide, schedule, and evaluate shipping and receiving personnel while supporting hands-on warehouse activities as needed.
- Maintain accurate receiving, shipping, and department records, including purchase order verification and discrepancy reporting.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, sprinter vans, and box trucks while following all safety policies.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $33 to $38 per hour.
