If transforming a drawing into a flawless component within 0.0002 inches sounds like your kind of challenge, youll thrive here. Youll ensure parts fit precisely and are production-ready, perform high-output work safely and consistently, and adapt as priorities shift with customer demand.
How youll make an impact
- Study prints, sketches, and instructions to define dimensions, tolerances, setups, and sequencing.
- Prepare and configure mills, lathes, grinders, machining centers, and drilling equipment; choose the right cutters, holders, attachments, and materials.

- Rework parts that miss spec to meet print requirements.
- Team with supervisors, engineers, and production to remove roadblocks and elevate quality.
- Live our ISO and safety practices: wear PPE, complete hoist inspections, and stop work when needed.
- Route parts to subsequent operations; keep systems current on locations, status, and documentation.
- Keep impeccable paperwork: work orders, daily production, status sheets, and quality records.
- Practice 5S and continuous improvement; recommend cell layout and process changes.
- Engage in regular standups, monthly department meetings, and quarterly town halls.
- Pitch in on other tasks that keep the line moving.
