Insight Global is seeking to hire an onsite Payroll Consultant for a technology operations organization in Dallas, TX for a 5 month contract.
Position Summary:
The Payroll Consultant will support a high-volume payroll environment and work directly alongside the Payroll Lead. This person will primarily focus on payroll auditing, tax compliance, and payroll processing support, helping ensure payroll is accurate, compliant, and completed on time.
The organization processes payroll for approximately 1,200 domestic employees on a semi-monthly basis, along with approximately 300 international employees on a monthly basis. International payroll experience is a strong plus but not required.
This is a professional, collaborative environment where the Payroll Specialist will work closely with payroll, HR, and other internal leaders.
Requirements:
- Experience with Workday payroll processing
- Experience working with payroll populations of 1,000+ employees
- Familiarity with monthly international payroll cycles
- Comfortable adopting new technology and AI-enabled tools
- Comfortable working on-site, 5 days per week in Dallas
- Comfortable with a 4-5 month contract
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ADP Smart Compliance
- Experience supporting international payroll
