Job Summary
We are seeking reliable Assembler Operators for a temp-to-hire battery box build opportunity in San Jose, CA. This role is ideal for candidates with 1 to 2 years of manufacturing, production, assembly, electronics, or mechanical hands-on experience who enjoy detailed work and following clear instructions.
The Assembler Operator will support battery unpacking, removal, scanning, and packaging in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates who take pride in precision, teamwork, and steady production work. The work environment values strong work ethic, clear communication, dependable attendance, and team members who ask questions when they need support.
Candidates who are detail-oriented, coachable, and confident in their hands-on skills will have the opportunity to contribute to an organized production team with supportive leadership and room to build long-term manufacturing experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Unpack batteries from electronic devices according to work instructions and safety guidelines.
- Remove batteries using a specialized tool with accuracy and care.
- Scan batteries and verify information as part of the production process.
- Package batteries properly while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
- Follow written and verbal instructions, take notes when needed, and ask for help when issues arise.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while supporting team production goals.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Assignment length: 3 months or longer.
- Location: San Jose, CA.
- Day shift: 7:30am to 4:00pm.
- Swing shift: 2:00pm to 10:30pm.
- Qualified candidates will participate in an interview process with the client team.
